Popular open-source tool Sparta is no longer available in Kali Linux because of unsupported Python version. Tools depending on Python 2.x were removed.

However, one very similar tool exists there, and is still actively developed. It is called LEGION and it’s a fork of SECFORCE’s Sparta. LEGION is an open-source, easy-to-use, super-extensible and semi-automated network penetration testing framework that aids in discovery, reconnaissance and exploitation of information systems. Code was refactored from Python 2.7 to Python 3.6 and the deprecated and unmaintained libraries were eliminated.
